Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary by location and shipping method chosen.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional fees and customs duties may apply.
Return Policy
No Returns: Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@visithaiti.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide a description and photos of the defect or damage, and we will work with our providers to resolve the issue.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the printing process begins.
